Job Description
- Lead the Supplier Quality Assurance department in line with defined objectives and KPIs, ensuring effective supervision of all direct reports and overall delivery.
- Ensure standardization, governance, and process execution, maintaining full compliance with customer requirements, IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and all applicable local regulations.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate team activities to cover all operational stages, respond to incoming requests, and ensure continuity and effectiveness of service delivery.
- Define objectives, tasks, and responsibilities for team members, providing clear instructions, continuous monitoring, performance evaluation, and accountability for results.
- Identify improvement opportunities within the area of responsibility, provide expert consulting, and propose and implement initiatives to enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation.
- Develop and empower team members by identifying training and development needs, supporting professional growth, coaching, succession planning, diversity, change management, and the application of newly acquired skills.
- Ensure product and process conformity, taking decisive action—including stopping dispatch when necessary to mitigate risks related to non‑conforming processes or products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- (5–8) years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Full professional proficiency in English language
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent problem‑solving capabilities, supported by strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills.
