- Manages and supervises the Supply Chain Management org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
- Envisions entrepreneurial innovations, aimed to bottom line improvement by developing the org unit and its services and solutions
- Designs and leads global initiatives with regard to Supply Chain Management
- Takes responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility
- Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility
- Manages and supervises multiple org units within Supply Chain Management
- Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth

Functional accountability for Supply Chain Management on global level

• Level of Education: Univeresity Degree
• Branch Of Study: Technical (Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) / Industrial Engineering / Management / etc 
• Experience: At least 7 years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years in management, preferably with at least 3 years in Supply Chain management.
• Language: French, English
• Social competences: Communication /Social & intercultural sensitivity / Change management /Target & resultorientation/ Motivation & resilience /Self-organization /Conflict management / Teamwork
