Ensure the strategic development of people, leadership capabilities and organizational culture at country level, aligned with business objectives and global HR strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and deploy the country People Development, Leadership and Culture strategy aligned with business and HR priorities.
• Design and implement leadership development frameworks, talent pipelines and succession planning processes.
• Drive cultural transformation initiatives, translating values into observable behaviors across the organization.
• Act as strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insights on leadership effectiveness, engagement and organizational capability.
• Lead and coordinate country-wide development programs, ensuring consistency with global standards and local relevance.
• Identify capability gaps and implement targeted interventions to strengthen performance, accountability and collaboration.
• Measure impact through people analytics, leadership assessments and continuous feedback mechanisms.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in People Development, Leadership Development or Organizational Development roles, preferably in industrial or multinational environments.
• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and driving cultural and leadership transformation.
• Strong strategic thinking, facilitation and change management skills.
• Advanced English proficiency for interaction with global stakeholders.
