Job Description
Join LEONI’s HR team and take a leading role in managing and optimizing international employee mobility within LEONI.
As an International Mobility Specialist, you will design and implement global policies, processes, and standards, provide expert guidance and manage operational processes for international deployments of LEONI’s employees. You ensure smooth and compliant execution in line with the company strategy. You will act as a key partner for employees, managers, HR teams, and external providers, driving operational excellence and compliance in international mobility.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Design and implement processes, guidelines, standards and frameworks for international mobility
- Provide internal consulting on international mobility topics, including tax, social security, labour law, immigration/visa regulations and relocation support
- Operatively manage international assignments and mobility cases, coordinating all relevant stakeholders (assignees/employees, HR Business Partners, managers, tax, etc.)
- Select, coordinate, and manage external service providers (tax consultants, relocation providers, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external legal and regulatory requirements
- Analyse global trends, benchmark practices and adopt best practices to ensure excellence in international mobility
- Maintain agreed service levels internally and externally and manage expectations of all stakeholders
- Provide tools, training, and guidance on international mobility topics and procedures
- Lead projects in international mobility, e.g., development and implementation of policies, tools, and process improvements
Qualifications
What do we expect from you?
- Education in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in international assignments, global mobility, expatriate management or similar HR function
- Knowledge of tax, social security, immigration and labour law relevant to international mobility
- Experience in project management and implementation of HR policies or tools is advantage
- Strong communication and consulting skills, able to interact with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities in a fast-paced, international environment
- Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
- Strong analytical, structured and solution-oriented mindset

Basic gross guaranteed salary: from 1900 EUR/Brutto +13th salary The final basic wage component will be adjusted to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.
