Job Description
We are looking for a Property Investment Analyst to support the evaluation, execution and ongoing assessment of commercial real estate investment opportunities, with a core focus on industrial assets. This role sits within a high-performing real estate investments team which is part of medium sized property fund. This role will work closely with senior leadership and play a pivotal part in the analysis of transactions.
Day to day you will be involved in financial modelling, research, due diligence and investment analysis, providing robust, detail‑driven insights to inform disciplined investment decisions. The role offers genuine exposure to live transactions, senior stakeholders and the growth of a well‑established but scaling investment platform.
This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who is analytically strong, commercially curious, comfortable using AI to enhance efficiency, and able to engage confidently with internal stakeholders and external market participants.
Core Responsibilities
- Build and maintain detailed financial models, including acquisition, cash flow, feasibility and scenario analysis
- Analyse and interpret investment opportunities, acquisition reports and market research
- Support due diligence processes, including reviewing documentation, risks, assumptions and sensitivities
- Prepare investment papers, internal briefing notes and supporting analytics for investment decisions
- Conduct market scanning, comparable analysis and data tracking across transactions
- Apply strong quality control and forensic attention to numbers, assumptions and outputs
- Use AI tools to support screening, analysis, research synthesis and efficiency improvements
- Work closely with senior team members and Partners on active transactions
- Develop a strong understanding of commercial real estate fund investments and capital structures
Qualifications
- Degree in Property, Finance, Commerce, Economics or a related discipline
- 2–4+ years’ experience in property, investments, banking, advisory or valuations
- Advanced Excel capability with experience building and reviewing financial models
- Strong numerical capability and confidence working with complex data sets
- Exceptional attention to detail with a forensic approach to analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Personable and professional when dealing with stakeholders in the market and internally
