Job Description

Main Responsibility 

Efficient delivery of Agreement and Planned Based‑ Services, ensuring work is scheduled cost-effectively in collaboration with key stakeholders, and customer commitments are met.

Key Tasks 

Delivering Order Book

  • Plan, prioritise, and schedule all planned work (daily and weekly).
  • Coordinate and schedule unplanned breakdown work.
  • Manage Agreement‑Based and Planned‑Based Services to maximise sales revenue and optimise travel.
  • Approve completed work for invoicing.
  • Receive goods as required.
  • Monitor and analyse Field Operatives’ productivity and the contract base in cooperation with the administrator and Operations Manager.

Asset Management

  • Arrange and order subcontracted goods, services, and equipment.
  • Track and receive material orders to support timely delivery of the order book once required components are available.
  • Schedule delivery with the customer

Review of data for cost and working time management

  • Review customer agreement data daily (including contract expiries and data quality).
  • Capture and control job‑related costs using company systems.
  • Work to planning‑related KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Collect data required for cost management and payroll processes (including timesheet accuracy).

Collaboration

  • Communicate planning processes, updates, and timelines effectively to customers, operatives, and subcontractors
  • Participate weekly meetings (WIP)

Other

  • Demonstrate safe working practices in line with company procedures
  • Follow GDPR requirements in daily tasks
  • Perform other work related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Education and experience

  • Proven experience in planning and organising workshedules

Experience and competences

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
  • Proven ability to plan jobs and develop clear scopes of work
  • Excellent time management‑ and organisational skills
  • Positive attitude with a proactive, can-do ‑approach
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support team goals
  • Strong awareness of safety practices
  • Intermediate computer skills, including experience with the Office 365 suit
