Job Description

You’ll be part of a team that gets things done, works with purpose, and takes pride in the results. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Assist with the administration and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS), including course assignments, user management, and training record accuracy.
  • Support the development and updating of eLearning courses, training materials, job aids, and other digital learning resources.
  • Monitor training completion data and generate reports to support compliance tracking and certification requirements.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and team members to gather content and maintain current training programs.
  • Provide LMS support to employees by answering questions, assisting with navigation, and troubleshooting basic system issues.
  • Assist with training communications, learner engagement initiatives, and continuous improvement projects by analyzing feedback and participation metrics.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

You’re someone who shows up ready to work hard, learn fast, and contribute to a team that takes pride in doing things right. Successful candidates typically bring:

  • Ability to work in Goodhue, MN 5 days/week.
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning and Development, or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Pay Range 

We believe in paying for the value you bring to the team, and we aim to be competitive in every market we hire in. 

Pay Range: $20 - $25/hour
