Job Description
What You'll Do
Knobelsdorff Enterprises (KE)
- Own project performance, including schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction
- Lead and develop project teams across field, office, and support functions
- Manage project schedules, track milestones, and mitigate risks
- Oversee budgets, forecasting, and overall project financial health
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders
- Maintain regular job site presence to ensure safety, quality, and progress
- Drive communication across teams and lead project meetings
- Identify and execute change orders and risk mitigation strategies
- Ensure project closeout documentation is completed on time
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance on all projects
Qualifications
What You Will Bring
- 3+ years of experience managing onsite construction projects (heavy commercial, data centers, or industrial projects required)
- Strong ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project teams
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven experience managing customer expectations and resolving issues
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Experience with project financials, forecasting, and reporting
- Preferred: Experience with Procore, Viewpoint, or similar tools
- Preferred: Experience managing subcontractors and change orders
- Travel is REQUIRED - 50%

$110,000 - $160,000
