Job Description
Term: Fixed-term internship, 40 hours/week, January 5 – April 30, 2027
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
The Project Coordinator of Awards internship will support Klick’s global awards program by planning, tracking, and submitting award entries that showcase our creative campaigns, digital health innovation, thought leadership, and workplace culture. This role works closely with Communications, Creative, Media, Strategy, and other cross-functional teams to gather materials, manage deadlines, and coordinate accurate, compelling award submissions.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate award submission timelines, requirements, assets, and approvals across multiple award platforms.
- Track submission deadlines, entry criteria, fees, and project status using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
- Collect campaign materials, credits, case details, and supporting documentation from cross-functional stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit accurate award entries that align with each award show’s requirements and submission process.
- Support communications planning by organizing project updates, follow-ups, and submission records for reporting.
Qualifications
Required:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated within the last two years from a post-secondary program in communications, advertising, digital marketing, project management, or a related field.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects, deadlines, or deliverables using Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace.
- Strong written communication skills demonstrated through school, internship, portfolio, editorial, marketing, or communications work.
- Ability to organize detailed information across stakeholders, including tracking requirements, assets, approvals, or submissions.
- Interest in healthcare, advertising, creative work, awards programs, or communications, with examples from coursework, internships, volunteer work, or projects.
Desired:
- Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done.
- Experience supporting award submissions, case studies, presentations, editorial content, or storytelling projects.
- Familiarity with healthcare, life sciences, pharma, advertising, media, or agency environments.
- Experience learning new platforms or tools to upload, organize, and submit project information.
- Experience collaborating with Creative, Media, Strategy, Communications, or Marketing teams on shared deliverables.

This posting is for a new vacancy at Klick. The compensation range for this position is CAD 45,000 - 50,000 per year. The final amount offered will be determined based on several factors such as a candidate’s work location, their unique skill set, education, and prior experience.
