Job Description

This Pharmacist role will primarily be assigned to the Refill clinic and will be expected to cover the majority of shifts in this area. The pharmacist will be responsible for the provision of progressive and comprehensive pharmaceutical services to the clinic patients. Occasional coverage of outpatient and refill shifts on the weekend may also be required based on operational needs.

Qualifications

What is required...

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy
  • Current and active Pharmacist license from the Washington State Department of Health
  • Current CPR card (maintenance required)
  • PALS (maintenance required)

What is preferred...

  • Previous work experience in a clinical setting
  • Cencora, Cerner, Pyxis experience
  • CPOE, Emar, Rx Informatics experience
  • Bar Code at the Bedside experience
  • Prior experience with Hospice protocols and guidelines

Additional Information

Wage:  Wage range currently starts at $61.21/hour and goes up to $92.78/hour. Actual wage will be based on years' of applicable experience.  

FTE:  1.0 = 40 hours/week

Schedule:  Primarily Monday - Friday; 8:00a - 4:30p
