Job Description

Provides administrative support to various members of Senior Leadership, department directors, and other leaders within their division. Prepares and disseminates correspondence, draft documents and maintains confidential files. Records and disseminates minutes for a variety of clinical and leadership meetings. 

This position is temporary and expected to be re-evaluated in September of 2026.

Qualifications

What is required...

  • Associate Degree or additional, applicable work experience in a healthcare facility
  • At least two years of experience supporting leaders in an administrative capacity
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio and Power Point

What is preferred...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
  • Professional Administrative Certification of Excellence (PACE) from the American Society of Administrative Professionals
  • Certified Rural Health Clinic Professional through the National Association of Rural Health Clinics
  • Exposure to or knowledge of Lean principles in a healthcare setting

Additional Information

Wage:  Wage range currently starts at $29.63/hour and goes up to $44.92/hour. Actual wage will be based on years' of applicable experience.  This position may qualify for an additional 15% in lieu of benefits.

FTE:  Per Diem
