Job Description
This position performs a variety of recruiting and candidate sourcing functions to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the selection and hiring life cycle. Primarily accountable for candidate sourcing using a variety of social media and online resources, providing high quality, complex and challenging scheduling and logistics support to Hiring Managers as well as executing job posting processes and general recruitment advertising. Also responsible for supporting hiring managers with the interview process including development of interview questions, interview scheduling, candidate selection and structuring, and candidate pre-employment screening.
Qualifications
What is required...
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field – additional years of direct recruitment experience may be considered in lieu of education
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience of intermediate/advanced computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
What is preferred...
- Corporate recruiting experience
- Healthcare industry experience
- PHR Certification
Additional Information
Wage: Wage range currently starts at $54,433.60/year and goes up to $80,392/year. Actual wage will be calculated based on years' of applicable experience.
FTE: 1.0 = 40 hours/week; Exempt
Benefits: This position is benefits eligible
Schedule: Primarily Mondays - Fridays; 8:00am - 4:30pm
