Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Office Services to lead the facilities management team and oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and strategic direction for company facilities. The Senior Manager, Facilities will be responsible for overseeing the management, operation, and maintenance of all company buildings, offices, and related infrastructure. This individual will lead a team of facilities professionals, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. The Senior Manager will also play a key role in developing and implementing long-term facilities strategies that align with the company’s growth and sustainability goals

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of company facilities, ensuring efficiency.
  • Manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all facilities.
  • Supervise facilities staff and external contractors for building services (e.g., HVAC, plumbing).
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Develop and manage the annual facilities budget, aligning with business goals.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives in operations and vendor contracts.
  • Oversee capital projects, facility improvements, and manage timelines and budgets.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure high-quality service and contract renewals.
  • Lead sustainability initiatives focusing on energy conservation and waste reduction.
  • Mentor and develop the facilities team, ensuring high performance and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., LEED, FMP, or CFM) are preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in facilities management.
  • Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO, J-SOX, risk management) preferred
  • Knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, and business risk management frameworks.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience and skills, with the ability to lead a team of professionals required.
  • In-depth knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely and efficient execution with expertise in budgeting, cost control, reporting, vendor management required.
  • Proven experience in construction management with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong knowledge with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Experience working with security systems, including access control and video surveillance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.  Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with senior executives and business units.
  • Proficient in facilities management software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc) and Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing office relocations or moves, including coordination of logistics, space planning, and vendor management.
  • Occasional travel may be required for site visits or vendor meetings.

The expected salary for this position is $157,395.00 - 267,595.00.
