Job Description

Our Accounting Graduate Programme  is a 3 year programme which offers graduates the opportunity to gain real-world experience across multiple finance disciplines while studying towards their ACA qualification.

You will work closely with experienced finance professionals and gain exposure to:

  • Accounts Payable and Credit Control
  • Treasury and Cashflow Management
  • Financial and Management Accounting
  • Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Tax Compliance and VAT Returns
  • Audit and Assurance Processes
  • Financial Reporting
  • Strategic Finance and Business Advisory
  • Group Finance Operations across multiple jurisdictions

The programme is structured to align your workplace experience with each stage of the Chartered Accountants Ireland curriculum, ensuring you develop practical skills alongside academic learning.

Qualifications

  • Degree or qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline. 
  • Strong interest in pursuing a professional accounting qualification (ACA).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
  • Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ambition to build a long-term career in accounting and finance
