Keenfinity Group is transforming and modernizing its global Finance organization. We are improving financial processes, harmonizing SAP systems and developing new reporting and analytics solutions.

We are looking for a curious and motivated apprentice to join our Finance team in Ovar, Portugal, for 6 to 12 months.

This is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates who want to gain practical experience in Data Analytics, Power BI and Finance. No extensive professional experience is required. You will learn from experienced colleagues, work with real business data and gradually develop your technical and analytical skills in an international environment.

Your Responsibilities

1. Data Analytics & Power BI

• Assist with preparing and organizing data for reports and dashboards.
• Support the creation and updating of Power BI reports, tables and KPI’s under the guidance of experienced colleagues.
• Learn how to collect and work with data from SAP, Excel and other business systems.
• Assist in improving and automating recurring reports using Excel, Power BI and Power Automate.
• Explore new digital tools and learn how data can support better business decisions.

2. Finance Processes & Communication

• Learn about international Finance processes, including Invoice-to-Pay (I2P), Business-to-Cash (B2C) and Business-to-Reporting (B2R).
• Support the preparation of presentations, reports and internal documentation.
• Help create simple and clear visualizations to explain data and business processes.
• Assist in documenting workflows, instructions and process improvements.
• Help prepare communication materials using Microsoft Office, SharePoint and Teams.

• Recently graduated in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Interested in working with data, numbers and digital technologies.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge in Power BI, databases or ERP sys is welcome but not required.
• Willingness to learn about Power BI, data visualization and financial reporting.
• Structured, reliable and curious working approach.
• Motivated to learn, ask questions and work as part of an international team.
• Basic English communication skills; willingness to improve English is important.
