Job Description

Your contribution to something big: 

As PMO:

  • Group manager leader of local project managers team.
  • Build up high performance project management team for the Video Cameras and Software business.
  • Define target, KPI and set goals for the team.
  • Coach project team members, review deployment of best practices and lessons learned.
  • Coordinates team project activities, supporting the teams and stakeholders
  • Track team progress against established strategic plan.

As Business transformation manager:

  • Define and lead the assigned work packages related to the product development transformation in Videos Systems business unit.
  • Be part of Agile transformation core team (Safe and Flight levels) define target and work packages (inclusive KPI)
  • Be bridge among Software teams and Product teams in Ovar Location and worldwide.

As Project manager

  • Coordinate activities of multidisciplinary project teams: R&D engineers, production, purchasing and testing.
  • Coordinate sensors camera/software related projects from concept to product launch.
  • Clearly communicate with project teams and management team and drive the changes when deviation occurs in terms of schedule, budget, and quality issues.
  • Develop project plan for product development, including major milestones, critical deliverables, project budget plan, resource allocation.
  • Defining communication plan, conducing risk management with contingency plan for assigned project.
  • Use different management tools such as: JIRA, JAMA, MS project, WBS, critical path, FMEA and etc.

   

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in Business Management, Engineering or equivalent.
  • MBA, change management experience is a plus.
  • PMP Certification | PMI is preferred. Bosch "Certified Project Manager" (CPjM) is a plus.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in project management of hardware products, video system (IP camera) or electronic products is a plus.
  • Understand electronic product launch processes (phases of Definition, Development, System test, Launch and Volume Production).
  • Knowledge of different project management methodologies Agile, Scrum, Safe, Flight Levels.
  • Be organized to prioritize work for the project team and demonstrated experience of coordinating and directing project teams.
  • Be a leader to be able to inspire the confidence of stakeholders and sponsors in the event the budget or timeline needs to be recalibrated or additional resources are needed to complete the project.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to be used effectively in face-to-face meetings, e-mails, virtual meetings, and status reports.
  • Clearly communicate ideas, take decisions, resolve problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
