Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Intern – French Speaker to join our Sales & Business Development team in Dubai.
In this role, you will support the sales team in identifying business opportunities, engaging with prospective customers, and helping drive revenue growth in French-speaking markets. This internship offers hands-on experience in sales, lead generation, customer communication, CRM management, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify sales leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Contact potential customers and support the scheduling of meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
Support outbound prospecting campaigns targeting French-speaking markets.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
Follow up on leads and customer inquiries in French and English.
Assist in preparing sales quotations, proposals, and presentations.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Support sales reporting and pipeline tracking.
Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to improve lead conversion.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and strategy discussions.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, International Business, or a related field.
Fluency in French, both written and spoken, is required.
Good command of English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
Knowledge of lead generation and sales prospecting techniques.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Interest in technology, SaaS, fintech, or B2B sales.
