This is a remotely-based position, with 50-75% travel.

Job Description

The Key Account Manager, Hospitality Integration, is responsible for driving strategic growth and strengthening market presence across the hospitality sector throughout the United States. Reporting to the U.S. Director of Growth, this role leads engagement with national hospitality integrators and partners to accelerate adoption of integrated solutions within the Electro-Voice, Dynacord and Bosch Public Address portfolios.

As the primary representative of the business within the hospitality integration ecosystem, the Key Account Manager will cultivate and expand high-value relationships (e.g., MOOD Media, Stingray, ProMotion Technology Group, OnSite Media, ImageSound), identify emerging opportunities, and influence large-scale technology deployments across hotel, bar/restaurant, fitness, and retail chains. This highly visible and customer-centric role requires a strategic thinker who excels in navigating complex accounts, shaping long-term partnerships, and delivering sustained revenue growth across a diverse and dynamic nationwide market.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and grow the National Hospitality Integration business in Electro-Voice, Dynacord, and Bosch Public Address categories.
  • Identify new customers and opportunities, grow existing customers, manage programs, enable partnerships, and proactively engage with large-scale integrators.
  • Conduct demonstrations, host regional events, train partners, forecast business, conduct business reviews, identify overlap between product offering and partners’ needs, and promote adoption of EV, Dynacord, and Bosch solutions by driving commercial and technical awareness in the Hospitality marketplace.
  • Partner closely with Business Development, and with Technical Sales, Inside Sales and Distribution teams.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years working with National Hospitality Integration businesses.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, Business, Marketing, Management, or related field is preferred, but will consider commensurate experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Deep connections and relationships with integrators, consultants, and hospitality partners.
  • Strong consultative selling ability and industry credibility, combined with entrepreneurial mindset and business ethics.
  • Expertise in the art and science of territory management, sales, technical capability, and relationship building.
  • Technical understanding of loudspeaker systems in the hospitality markets and its applications.
  • Entrepreneurial and Team Player attitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Power BI.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CTS Certification(s).

Required Abilities:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (70 lbs assisted).

Travel Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel domestically 50% –75% of the time throughout the US, to national trade shows, and company events.
  • Valid Driver’s License.

Additional Information

​​​​​​The U.S. based salary range for this position is $118,000-$133,000 annually. This role is also eligible for commission. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
