This is a remotely based position, with 50-70% travel.
Job Description
The Northeast Regional Sales Manager (RSM) plays a pivotal role in driving growth across a rich territory – spanning from Virginia through Maine and west to Upstate New York. Reporting to the US Director of Growth, this role offers the opportunity to own and expand a high-potential region while collaborating closely with Technical Sales, Business Development, Distribution, and Key Account Teams.
As the face of the business in the Northeast, the RSM will build and deepen relationships with integrators, consultants, and channel partners to accelerate adoption and market share across the Electro-Voice, Dynacord, Bosch Conference and Bosch Public Address portfolios. This is a high-visibility role for a strategic, relationship-driven sales leader who thrives on creating momentum, uncovering new opportunities, and delivering sustained growth in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilties:
- Grow the Northeast Territory in Electro-Voice, Dynacord, Bosch Conference, and Bosch Public Address categories.
- Identify new customers and opportunities, grow existing customers, manage programs, enable partnerships, and proactively engage with integrators, consultants, regional distributors, and indirect resellers.
- Conduct demonstrations, host regional events, train partners, forecast business, conduct business reviews, identify overlap between product offering and partners’ needs, and promote adoption of EV, Dynacord, and Bosch solutions by driving commercial and technical awareness in the marketplace.
- Partner with Technical Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, and Distribution teams to drive holistic success.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years in an outside sales function in the Northeast region in the Audio industry.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, Business, Marketing, Management, or related field is preferred.
- Deep connections and relationships with integrators, consultants, and distributors in the region.
- Strong consultative selling ability and industry credibility, combined with entrepreneurial mindset and business ethics.
- Expertise in the art and science of territory management, sales, technical capability, and relationship building.
- Technical understanding of loudspeaker systems across various vertical markets and associated applications.
- Entrepreneurial and Team Player attitude.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Power BI.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CTS Certification(s).
Travel Requirements:
- Willingness to travel domestically 50% – 75% of the time throughout the territory, to national trade shows, and company events.
- Valid Driver’s License.
Additional Information
The U.S. base salary for this full-time position is $110,000-$118,000 annually. This role is also eligible for commission. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
