Job Description

Kaw Valley Engineering, Inc., Lenexa, Kansas, has an immediate opening for a full-time Administrative Assistant I. Qualified applicants must have excellent communication and customer service skills.

Primary duties include:

  • Provide backup support for the telephone system
  • Use of general office equipment
  • Computer data entry, and document preparation
  • Proofing and editing skills are required

Qualifications

  • Minimum of four (4) years clerical/secretarial experience
  • Minimum of four (4) years experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
