Job Description
- Lead key global Compensation & Benefits projects, including EU Pay Transparency Directive implementation and job evaluation framework review.
- Deliver gender pay gap analysis, reporting, and remediation planning aligned with regulatory requirements and annual salary cycles.
- Drive harmonisation and governance of our Mercer-based global job architecture, ensuring consistency across acquisitions and business lines.
- Support annual compensation cycles, bonus processes, and market benchmarking, including modelling, tools, and communication.
- Act as trusted advisor to People & Culture stakeholders on reward topics, while continuously improving policies, analytics, and frameworks.
Qualifications
- University degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally in a global environment.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale reward projects (e.g., pay equity, job architecture, benefits or incentive design).
- Strong knowledge of the EU Pay Transparency Directive and multi-country compensation practices.
- Solid experience in job evaluation frameworks; Mercer IPE is an advantage.
- Advanced analytical and technical skills (Excel modelling, data reconciliation).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with very good English; additional European language (e.g., German) is a plus.

Compensation
Basic wage component (gross): 62000 EUR/year
This amount is our minimal offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.
