Job Description

We're looking for a skilled professional in role of ERP Deployment Specialist with expertise in Logistics & Warehousing to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of our ERP system across our global organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating between cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless rollout of the end-to-end model of our new ERP system, together with other functions and other ERP Deployment Specialists. You'll also be responsible for aligning with project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Your role in the project will have 3 phases:  

  1. Design and specification of the ERP system functionalities 
  2. Roll out of the ERP globally  
  3. Maintain and support the ERP system    

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementation Projects, specifically ERP modules related to Logistics & Warehousing management, ensuring seamless integration with business processes and driving efficiency improvements.

Key responsibilities and duties

  • Lead ERP deployment for Logistics & Warehousing within the Supply Chain domain
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into ERP system design and configuration
  • Ensure system consistency, integrations, and oversee testing, data migration, and validation
  • Support ERP roll-out across entities, including training, documentation, and change management
  • Drive continuous improvement, provide support, and act as key contact for ERP performance and upgrades

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in Supply Chain, ideally Logistics & Warehousing
  • Hands-on involvement in ERP implementation projects (IFS is an advantage)
  • Strong knowledge of business processes, process mapping, and change management
  • Experience with system configuration, testing, data migration, and user training
  • Excellent communication, analytical skills, and fluent English; willingness to travel

Compensation

Basic wage component (gross): 2800 EUR/month

This amount is our minimum offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience, and qualifications.
