Job Description

  •  Update and maintain updated supplier database (Vendor list, PEPP, SUMO)
  • Collect and share information within the sourcing manager, category manager, procurement manager, Qualify, and Engineering to effectively qualify suppliers based on the qualification process.
  • Generate a report from the data, identify gaps in the sanity of the information, and correct as aligned with various stakeholders. • Regularly report vendor information to Management.
  • Any other duties as reasonably required.

Qualifications

  • Familiar with sourcing, vendor management − Strong Excel and Power BI skills.
  • Experience in data management, updating, and collection
  • Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data and relevant software
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Fluent in English. Any additional languages are an asset
