Job Description
- Update and maintain updated supplier database (Vendor list, PEPP, SUMO)
- Collect and share information within the sourcing manager, category manager, procurement manager, Qualify, and Engineering to effectively qualify suppliers based on the qualification process.
- Generate a report from the data, identify gaps in the sanity of the information, and correct as aligned with various stakeholders. • Regularly report vendor information to Management.
- Any other duties as reasonably required.
Qualifications
- Familiar with sourcing, vendor management − Strong Excel and Power BI skills.
- Experience in data management, updating, and collection
- Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data and relevant software
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Fluent in English. Any additional languages are an asset
