Job Description
As an Electrical and Instrumentation & Control Engineer (m/f/d), you will take on a responsible role in the planning, implementation, and modernization of EMSR, automation, and electrical systems for energy and environmental plants. You will support projects from technical design through commissioning—both nationally and internationally.
Your responsibilities in detail:
Independent planning and implementation of measurement, control, regulation, automation, and electrical engineering solutions for waste treatment and energy plants
Execution of EMSR retrofit projects as well as service and modernization assignments
Technical consulting for internal and external customers during the proposal and execution phases
Ensuring compliance with budget, schedule, and quality requirements
Preparation of technical tender documents, participation in supplier negotiations, and supplier management in accordance with applicable regulations
Coordination and management of internal departments as well as external partners and service providers
Support and supervision of manufacturing, installation, and commissioning activities in Germany and abroad
Qualifications
Your profile:
Completed degree in electrical engineering, automation engineering, control engineering, energy engineering, or a comparable field
Alternatively, completed vocational training in electrical engineering with further qualification as a technician or master craftsman
Several years of relevant professional experience in projects within the process, energy, or environmental engineering sectors
Solid knowledge of EMSR and automation technology
Knowledge of energy or environmental technology is an advantage
Experience with medium-voltage systems and low-voltage main distribution boards is desirable
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
French language skills are an advantage
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to support projects both domestically and internationally
Confident and professional demeanor when dealing with customers, partners, and project stakeholders
