Job Description

  • Define and lead the strategy for operational excellence and PMI aligned with corporate goals.
  • Partner with executives to identify integration priorities and performance improvement opportunities.
  • Own and standardize the PMI playbook for evaluating, integrating, and tracking acquisitions.
  • Lead synergy planning and tracking of cost/revenue opportunities at the executive level.
  • Harmonize processes and tools across acquired entities through best practice systems.
  • Champion Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Oversee transformation programs to enhance efficiency, scalability, and resilience.
  • Act as a change agent, aligning stakeholders and mentoring teams in integration and excellence

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Strategy, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10–15+ years of leadership experience in operational excellence, strategy, or PMI.
  • Proven success in leading enterprise integrations and transformation initiatives.
  • Deep expertise in Lean Six Sigma, organizational design, and program governance.
  • Strong executive presence with stakeholder alignment and influence capabilities.
  • Financial and strategic acumen with Board-level reporting experience.
  • International experience in complex, multicultural environments.
  • Ability to drive measurable value creation and cultural alignment post-merger.
