Job Description
We're looking for a skilled professional to lead the planning, execution, and administration of the implementation of IFS Cloud focused on Human Capital Management module across our global organization.
In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless rollout of the system together with other Business Process Owners. You'll also be responsible for aligning with project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
You role in project will have 3 phases:
1. Design and specification of the ERP system functionalities
2. Roll out of the ERP system globally
3. Maintain and support the ERP system
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Fit Gap Analysis with People & Culture departments to gather and document business requirements, identifying necessary modifications.
- Oversee and participate in system configuration to meet the requirements, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
- Coordinate data migration, including data cleansing, transformation, and validation, working closely with data owners and the migration team.
- Test module functionalities, plan use cases, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing with key users.
- Train key users and end users, participating in internal communication and change management activities.
- Organize regular meetings for user feedback, provide second-level support, and foster continuous system improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience in ERP implementation, particularly with the HCM module, as a key user or project team member
- Strong understanding of HR processes, HR system administration, and best practices
- Proven project management skills and experience in organizations with 200+ employees
- Background in international business environments with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English, with resilience and ability to collaborate across diverse teams at all levels
