• Develop and lead IT strategies for secure, scalable hybrid cloud environments.

• Design and oversee on-premises and Azure architectures, ensuring performance and security.

• Manage complex IT projects with a focus on timely, cost-effective delivery.

• Mentor engineering teams and guide architectural decisions across hybrid systems.

• Align IT initiatives with business goals through clear stakeholder communication.

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent, with 5-6 years of experience in the field

• Proven leadership in hybrid cloud environments with strong project management and team development skills.

• Proficient in Azure, M365, Citrix, VMware, Hyper-V, and Microsoft hybrid infrastructure.

• Strong technical knowledge in IT security, endpoint management, and network infrastructure.

• Skilled in automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Terraform); familiar with monitoring tools like Azure Monitor.

• Excellent communication skills; certifications like Azure Solutions Architect Expert preferred.

• Fluent English, German a plus.
