• Lead HSEQ Compliance: Promote and enforce HSEQ standards, ensuring safety risks are identified and mitigated across all operations.

• Shift Operations & Supervision: Operate, monitor, and maintain systems during shifts, while supervising client and contractor teams on-site.

• Permit & Documentation Management: Prepare work permits, system isolations, and maintain detailed shift logs and RAMS compliance.

• Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with the Commissioning Team and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth, on-schedule execution.

• Training & Continuous Improvement: Deliver hands-on training to client staff and contribute to process optimization and Lessons Learned.

• Education: Mechanical Occupation, Technician
• Experienced as a leader in Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) management and has knowledge of relevant HSEQ legal requirements, with a minimum 5 to 10 years cumulatively in power generation
• Must have Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) or equivalent and valid Safety Contractors Certificate (SCC) or equivalent
• Experience working with and leading Permit-To-Work process during the Shift
• Good command of English, other languages an advantage
