Job Description

  • Department Leadership: Lead the IT projects department, setting strategic goals and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Project Oversight: Manage IT project planning, and execution, ensuring quality, scope, and compliance with group policies.

  • Team & Stakeholder Management: Build and mentor a high-performing team while collaborating with stakeholders to align projects with business goals.

  • Risk & Quality Management: Identify risks, enforce best practices, and ensure successful project execution and integration quality.

  • Budget Oversight: Monitor and manage budgets efficiently to optimize resource utilization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Minimum 6 years in IT project management, including 3+ years in a leadership role; M&A experience is a plus.

  • Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills; English proficiency required, German is a plus.

  • Expertise in IT systems, software, hardware, and project management tools/methodologies.

  • Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and business process analysis skills.
