Job Description

  • Lead and mentor the IT ServiceDesk team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Ensure timely resolution of service requests, incidents, and problems, monitoring service metrics and performance.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and maintaining IT ServiceDesk procedures.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams, participate in IT projects, and conduct training for team members and end-users.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading a service desk team in an IT or similar environment.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in IT service management tools and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in English  (spoken and written).

Preferred:

  • ITIL certification and experience with service management frameworks.
  • Knowledge of current IT technologies and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, Six Sigma).
