You design and deliver end-to-end IT solutions for Sitetracker that support the rollout, reconstruction and overlay of KPN’s fiber network. Together with colleagues from KPN and our partner, you translate architectural vision into robust functional and technical designs. Thanks to you, our IT landscape is scalable, secure and ready for the future. You balance reliability, performance and maintainability while keeping business processes simple and effective. In this role, you combine design leadership with hands-on collaboration across domains.

You will join the Sitetracker team within Network Services & Excellence, a multidisciplinary group focused on automation and innovation. The team works closely with business stakeholders and our strategic partner in a joint design and delivery setup. We value openness, knowledge sharing and working together towards fully autonomous operations.

You are curious, eager to learn and adapt quickly in a complex IT environment. You take ownership and feel comfortable making decisions. Working with both technical and non-technical colleagues energises you. You can explain complex topics in a clear and structured way. You combine analytical strength with a pragmatic mindset. To be successful in this role, you have at least:

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including 3 years in software development, SaaS configuration, business analysis or a related discipline
• Proven experience in designing and delivering production-grade IT solutions
• Strong knowledge of software engineering practices, including CI/CD, testing and security
• Experience guiding and coordinating software engineers during build and implementationThe ability to translate business needs into effective IT designs

As an employer, we offer you an attractive package, including:

• Gross monthly salary between €5038,- and €7575,- depending on your experience (based on 40 hours)
• A fixed 13th-month salary, partially paid monthly and partially in January, or you can allocate it to a FLEX & BOOST goal of your choice
