We are now seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Manager - People and Inclusion to join our dynamic team in Suva. 

About the Role

This leadership role is responsible for leading the KPMG Fiji People & Inclusion team and driving the development and delivery of the firm’s people agenda. You will work closely with senior leadership to foster a culture of belonging, drive inclusive practices, and support the development and wellbeing of our people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pragmatic and high-quality advice, practices and solutions on people, performance and culture.
• Provide HR leadership support, across recruitment, employee engagement, talent development, and workforce planning.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal clients at all levels with a focus on working closely with leaders in the firm.
• Collaborate with Australia to lead the development and implementation of key people and inclusion strategies aligned with KPMG’s global and regional priorities.
• Monitor and report on key people metrics for the Fiji firm.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the firm.
• Support change management and organisational development initiatives.

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a HR management role, ideally within a professional services or corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of Fijian employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• A collaborative leader with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels.
