As a Senior Consultant in our Advisory practice, you will work closely with clients to help them understand their value drivers, respond to risks and opportunities, and improve performance.

We are currently seeking two (2) Senior Consultants to join our team, specialising in either Risk Consulting or IT Advisory.

Focus areas:

• Risk Consulting:
  In this role, you will be responsible for leading and delivering engagements in areas such as internal audits, enterprise risk management, assurance, special audits, forensic audits, institutional assessments, process improvements and governance.
• IT Advisory:
  As part of this role, you will focus on delivering solutions in IT audits, data governance reviews, IT gap assessments, information security audits and cybersecurity maturity assessments.

Key Responsibilities of a Senior Consultant include:

• Lead client engagements, ensuring timely completion of fieldwork and delivery of high-quality reports.
• Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Coach and mentor junior team members, contributing to their professional development.
• Represent KPMG in the community and support business development initiatives.

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills and experience could include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information systems, Cybersecurity, Digital Forensic and/or a related discipline. 
• Minimum 3 years + business experience preferably within a professional services firm or from a similar industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to clearly convey concepts and services to clients.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Understands the importance of knowledge management within a professional services environment and actively contributes to knowledge sharing initiatives.
