Job Description
KPMG's continued success depends on its ability to win large opportunities with both existing and new clients. Our Audit Retention and Conversion team is made up of dedicated pursuit specialists who work with our internal client-facing teams to improve their competitive position and win rate on major audit pursuits. Our Pursuit Managers drive quality and efficient pursuit processes and outputs to maximise the chances of winning an opportunity.
Your Opportunity
As a junior Pursuit Manager, you will work closely with the Senior Pursuit Manager and Pursuit Directors to:
- Actively manage the pursuit process with senior stakeholders by leveraging strong project management skills and tools
- Help our client-facing teams to focus on long-term major pursuits by actively managing the pursuit process to consistently execute the strategy and pursuit tactics
- Provide pursuit management support to teams on short turnaround opportunities
- Manage the development of creative, engaging and insightful pursuit collateral, for example proposal documents, microsites and presentations
- Work collaboratively with creative design teams to deliver best in class proposals
- Participate in a continual learning environment by sharing experience and knowledge

- Sound knowledge of sales/pursuit methodology
- Experience in planning pursuits, and coordinating teams
- 2-4 years pursuit or business development experience or experience in related areas
