• Ensures the quality of incoming materials, by performing checks against defined control plans - blocking, check, release.
• Manages Suppliers nonconformity (release, assessment, costs, action plan follow-up).
• Provides active support during the supplier selection process.
• Assures that product and process changes are controlled.
• Collects, records, and evaluates quantitative metrics that provide descriptive data for the determination of compliance to requirements.
• Active management in case of product non-conformance by 8D.
• Forces containment and corrective actions, together with the supplier.
• Prompt reaction during escalating issues.
   

• Technical education /preferable mechanical/electrical/
• 2 years experience in production area - preferable
• Strong communications skills.
• Communication English level - minimum B1.
• Knowledge of TQM and Quality Tools (SPC,FMEA,PPAP,PDCA/RCA) is a plus
• Familiarity with ISO90001, AIAG requirements and TS16949 quality system requirements is a plus.
• Skilled in the application of Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Usage of SAP system is advantage.
