Job Description

  • Support the HR IT team by working on operational incident and service requests in relevant HR systems.
  • Ensure operational KPI’s are achieved in these fields.
  • Documentation of HR business processes for frequently asked questions and KOSTAL’s technical knowledge database.
  • Support routine system maintenance with testing.
  • Work on HR project tasks as and when required.
  • Support the digital improvement journey of KOSTAL’s international HR organization.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 year work experience in an HR IT application management role.
  • Experience in SAP HR (HCM) processes like Payroll, Organization Management, Employee Master Data Management
  • Experience in IT processes (Ticketing, User support).
  • Familiarity with ABAP is an advantage.
  • HR related application knowledge (like: Cornerstone, SmartRecruiters) is an advantage.
  • Highly motivated individual who can demonstrate the ability to solve problems.
  • Good time management (Ability to plan, manage).
  • Structured and organized approach to work.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
