Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Trainer with 8+ years of professional experience to design, develop, and deliver technical training programs that enable team members, customers, and stakeholders to effectively use technology solutions and adopt best practices.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge with exceptional communication and presentation skills. This role requires the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging learning experiences for audiences with varying levels of technical expertise. The Technical Trainer will work closely with engineering, product, support, and business teams to identify training needs, develop educational content, and measure training effectiveness.

 

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver technical training programs, workshops, and learning materials for internal and external audiences.

  • Create and maintain training content, including presentations, guides, documentation, hands-on exercises, and knowledge base articles.

  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to understand new features, technologies, and processes requiring training.

  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical, and engaging learning experiences.

  • Conduct instructor-led training sessions, virtual workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

  • Assess training needs and recommend learning strategies to support skill development and technology adoption.

  • Develop training plans and learning paths tailored to different audiences and technical skill levels.

  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and continuously improve training materials and delivery methods.

  • Support onboarding initiatives by creating and delivering technical training for new team members.

  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in technical training and learning development.

  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure training programs align with business objectives and organizational needs.

  • Maintain training documentation and ensure learning materials remain accurate and up to date.

 

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional experience in technical training, technical enablement, instructional design, technical consulting, or related roles.

  • Proven experience designing and delivering technical training programs for diverse audiences.

  • Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

  • Experience developing training materials, documentation, and learning content.

  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.

  • Ability to assess learning needs and adapt training approaches to different audiences.

  • Experience supporting onboarding, professional development, or technical enablement programs.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience working in dynamic, technology-driven environments.
