• Lead the design and development of branding initiatives across various touchpoints, including packaging, marketing materials, digital platforms, and physical environments.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to understand brand goals and translate them into compelling visual experiences.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity that is visually appealing, memorable, and aligns with Target's brand values and positioning.
• Stay up-to-date on design trends and industry best practices to ensure our brand communication remains fresh and relevant.
• Create high-quality design assets that are clear, concise, and communicate effectively with the target audience.
• Manage design projects from concept to completion, including defining project scope, timelines, and resources.
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Maintain a strong understanding of brand guidelines and ensure all design outputs adhere to these standards.

• Minimum 03 years of experience as a Senior Designer or similar role within a brand-focused agency or design department.       
• Proven graphic designing experience & demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio 
• Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality 
• Able to interact, communicate and present ideas
• At least an Intermediate level in English, have experience in working with native clients/ stakeholders
• Up to date with industry-leading software and technologies (Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop..) 
• Quick interaction with new trends & interpretation into creative works
• Highly proficient in all design aspects
• Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines 
• Understanding app/mobile optimization and user flows are beneficial 
• Experience creating digital and traditional marketing collateral (including posters, banners, OOH, social posts, digital advertising banners, e-marketing campaigns, etc.) 
• Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking, and tight deadlines 
• Able to create animations/ animated artwork is a plus
