Job Description
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited
Provide support in the front office
Oversee daily office operations and support administrative staff.
Manage schedules, communications, and correspondence for school leaders.
Maintain office systems, records, and supplies.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and programs.
Serve as a key point of contact for staff, families, and visitors.
Flexibly Support Student Learning
- Engage flexibly and adaptively to the needs of students across the school per the discretion of the Principal, primarily as an in-building Substitute Teacher.
- This engagement could include but is not limited to covering a classroom for parental leave, extended absence, etc; pulling small groups for intervention, classroom observations, and supporting school wide procedures such as lunch, arrival, dismissal.

Requirements
- Pass Criminal Background Check
Desired Qualities
- Experience working students (highly preferred)
- Commitment to working with students from educationally under-resourced communities (highly preferred)
- Experience and demonstrated success teaching students from educationally under-resourced communities (highly preferred)
- At least two years of teaching experience (preferred)
- Passionate about data-driven instruction
- Unwavering commitment to KIPP Nashville’s mission, core values, students, families, and community
- Firm belief in affirming the identity of students, families and staff
