OSHC Coordinator | Launch Our First South Australian Service

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is officially launching in South Australia, and we're looking for an exceptional Coordinator to lead our very first service at Clovelly Park Primary School opening this November.

About the Role
As our Coordinator, you'll lead an engaging before and after school care program for primary-aged children while supporting the successful launch and ongoing growth of the service.
You'll have the autonomy to create a fun, welcoming and child-centred environment while leading a team of passionate Educators and building strong relationships with families and the school community.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading and mentoring a team of Educators.
- Delivering engaging experiences across STEM, sport, wellbeing, cooking and creative arts.
- Managing daily operations, compliance, administration and rosters.
- Building strong partnerships with families and school stakeholders.
- Supporting enrolment growth and service development.
- Creating an inclusive and welcoming environment where every child can thrive.
Your hours:
This role is full time, working 38 hours a week during school-term - 40 weeks per year.
As well as dedicated administration time each week you will work in service; Rise then Shine 7:00am - 9:00am and Stay and Play 3:05pm - 6:00pm
About You:
We're looking for someone who shares our belief that every child deserves to feel secure, supported and valued. As a Coordinator, you'll play an important leadership role in fostering a strong child-safe culture, ensuring the highest standards of care, wellbeing and professional practice are embedded in every aspect of the program.
As an experienced leader who is passionate about making a positive impact in children's lives. You will bring:
- Experience leading or supervising within OSHC, education, childcare, recreation or community settings.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence managing people, processes and day-to-day operations.
- Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and relevant regulations.
- A recognised Diploma qualification suitable for OSHC leadership in South Australia.
- Current SA. Working with Children Check, RRHAN-EC and First Aid qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
- A genuine commitment to child safeguarding, inclusion and wellbeing.
