We're looking for caring, enthusiastic and reliable Playworkers to join our Breakfast & After School Club team on a casual/bank basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible childcare work around other commitments, with shifts available to help cover:

✅ Additional staffing requirements

You'll help create a safe, fun and welcoming environment where children can play, learn, make friends and enjoy a variety of activities.

🕒 Operational Hours

Breakfast Club
🌅 7:30am – 8:30am

After School Club
🌟 3:00pm – 6:00pm

Up to 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, depending on the needs of the club and your availability.

As this is a casual/bank position, you will not necessarily be required to work all sessions. Shifts will be offered according to the needs of the club and your availability.

🎨 What You'll Be Doing

  • Support and supervise children in a safe, positive and inclusive environment
  • Help deliver fun activities including sports, games, arts & crafts and creative play
  • Encourage children's participation, independence and positive behaviour
  • Support children during arrival, activities, mealtimes and collection
  • Prepare and provide refreshments
  • Assist with setting up and packing away
  • Complete sign-in and sign-out procedures
  • Follow safeguarding, health & safety and company procedures
  • Complete relevant accident and incident documentation
  • Communicate professionally with children, parents, colleagues and school staff
  • Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment at all times
