Job Description

As an Office Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining smooth operations and a productive work environment. Your responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, coordinating office procedures, and handling various duties to support the organization's goals and objectives. In today’s fast-paced workplace, the role of an office manager is crucial in ensuring efficient operations. Office managers are the backbone that supports an organization’s daily functions, from administrative tasks to team collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, document preparation, and recordkeeping, ensuring completeness, correctness, and confidentiality of information.
  • Attend all meetings as required by management and maintain regular contact with Head Office. Able to work in a prompt and efficient manner without compromising standards or quality
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good working knowledge and experience in all MS Office products.
  • Sound knowledge of Sherpa Kids systems as well as minimum standards for regulations.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and as a team member. Self-starter with strong initiative.
  • Own car and full clean driving license

Additional Information

  • Coordinating office visitors
  • Lead on clerical tasks,
  • Monitoring emails, preparing required documents,
  • Keeping stock of office supplies and ordering (Kinsale and Blanchardstown)
  • Ordering, Replacing, Set up, post/delivery, management, maintenance and support of all IT equipment. Anti-viral support/renewal products and systems as required for services and staff
  • Setting up of service devices, placing orders where necessary and tracking/replacing supplies such as uniforms, printers, stationary etc).
  • Filing of completed/signed licenses and maintenance of other records.
  • Administration of/Support with projects as assigned by Department leads as required.
  • Good attention to detail and time management.
  • Successful applicant will be subject to vetting.

  • 30 hours per week
