We are seeking experienced, Recruiters ensuring the successful onboarding of candidates.
Job Description
The Recruiter is responsible for supporting and coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process and candidate life cycle, ensuring an efficient, compliant, and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. The role provides administrative and operational support to the recruitment team by managing candidate screening, interview coordination, reference checks, offer administration, document collection, contract preparation, onboarding activities, and the maintenance of recruitment records and databases.
The Recruiter will support the full candidate life cycle, including:
Screen → Interview → Reference Checks → Offer → Documents → Hire → Contract → Onboarding
Qualifications
- Leaving Certificate.
- Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field will be advantageous.
- Requirement= must live in Ireland and have work permissions
Experience
- 1–3 years' experience in recruitment administration, talent acquisition support, HR administration, or a similar role.
- Experience supporting recruitment processes and coordinating candidate activities.
- Experience scheduling interviews and managing multiple calendars.
- Experience maintaining recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Exposure to onboarding processes and employment documentation administration.
- Experience handling confidential employee and candidate information.
