Bring Gymnastics to Life in Schools Across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs!
Are you a passionate Gymnastics Coach looking for a flexible role where you can share your skills, inspire children, and make a meaningful impact?
Join our team and deliver fun, engaging gymnastics programs across our Outside School Hours Care services in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. This is an opportunity to bring your gymnastics expertise into local school communities, helping children build confidence, coordination, strength, and a love of movement.
You’ll work alongside our OSHC teams to create exciting experiences for primary school-aged children through structured gymnastics activities, games, and movement-based programs.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver engaging gymnastics programs for children before and after school
- Create fun activities that develop balance, coordination, confidence, and teamwork
- Encourage children of all abilities to participate and enjoy being active
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and school communities
- Work collaboratively with our experienced OSHC teams
Flexible Hours That Fit Around Your Life
Enjoy regular weekday shifts Monday to Friday, with opportunities available before and after school across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. Additional hours may also be available during school holidays.
This role is ideal for gymnastics coaches, competitive gymnasts, sports coaches, dance instructors, personal trainers, or anyone passionate about creating positive experiences for children through physical activity.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience coaching gymnastics or delivering gymnastics programs
- A passion for working with children and creating positive learning experiences
- The ability to engage and motivate children through movement and activity
- Strong communication skills and a positive, energetic approach
- A current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)

Qualifications
- A genuine passion for working with children.

- Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
- State working-with-children check.
- Australian working rights.
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
