Job Description
Two of Gladstone’s premier OSHC services are seeking a dynamic Assistant Coordinator to join their growing leadership teams. We have opportunities at:
🌟 Gladstone West State School
🌟 Trinity College Gladstone
Both positions are permanent, part-time working 32.5hrs per week across split shifts to support our before and after school programs(6am - 9am and 2:30pm - 6pm). You'll have the chance to:
- Support the Coordinator in leading a passionate team of Educators and delivering an engaging program for children aged 5–12 years
- Get involved in activities including STEM, cooking, arts and crafts, sports, and more
- Assist with day-to-day operations, team rostering, compliance, and building strong connections with families and the school community.

Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
✔️ A love for working with children and supporting their development
✔️ Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
✔️ A current Blue Card (or willingness to obtain) and valid work rights
✔️ Working towards or holding an ACECQA-approved qualification
