Job Description

  • Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting product requirements from stakeholders and customers
  • Support the creation and maintenance of product backlogs, ensuring items are clearly defined and prioritized
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to understand technical constraints and market opportunities
  • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives using Agile methodologies
  • Analyze user feedback, behavioral data, and metrics to inform product decisions and improvements
  • Help communicate product vision and roadmap to internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Conduct user research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
  • Support the definition of acceptance criteria and user stories for development teams
  • Monitor product performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success
  • Participate in product discovery sessions and brainstorming activities to drive innovation

Qualifications

  • Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools or SQL
  • Previous internship or entry-level experience in product management, product marketing, or related field
  • Experience conducting user interviews or gathering customer feedback
  • Knowledge of the Finnish market or Nordic business environment
  • Exposure to analytics platforms and metrics interpretation
  • Experience with wireframing or prototyping tools
  • Foundational knowledge of product management principles and practices
  • Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and initiatives
  • Detail-oriented approach to requirements gathering and documentation
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency with common productivity and collaboration tools
  • Basic understanding of technical concepts and software development processes
