Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and support business networks at customer locations.
- Install and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, switches, wireless networks, and structured cabling.
- Deploy, configure, and support Windows desktops and Windows Server environments.
- Troubleshoot Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, file sharing, printing, and user account issues.
- Configure and maintain network services including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, DHCP, and DNS.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Document network configurations, system changes, and completed work.
- Provide professional on-site and remote technical support to customers.
Qualifications
- Experience administering Windows Server and Windows desktop operating systems.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, DNS, DHCP, and file/print services.
- Experience with business networking equipment such as Fortinet, SonicWall, Ubiquiti, Cisco, Peplink, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, routing, switching, VPNs, and wireless technologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently at customer sites with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
