Position Summary:
We’re looking for Sales Consultants… but this isn’t just about selling.
It’s about talking to real people, understanding what they’re going through, and helping them make decisions that actually make sense for them. Some conversations are easy, some are not — but the point is always to show up properly and do right by the client.

Key Responsibilities – Sales Associate (Life Insurance)
- Identify and approach potential clients to promote life insurance products and financial protection plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct needs analysis to recommend suitable insurance solutions based on clients’ financial goals
- Explain policy features, benefits, coverage, and exclusions in a clear and professional manner
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital channels
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance KPIs
- Prepare and present customized insurance proposals
- Assist clients throughout the application and underwriting process
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities (CRM updates)
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements
- Provide ongoing customer service, including policy reviews and renewal support
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies
Requirements:
25 years+
Bachelor Degree is a must
vehicle and driving license are mandatory
Good communication and customer service skills.
Friendly, presentable, and team-oriented.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
