Company Description
Anlytic is a data and AI platform (anlytic.com). Anlytic Labs is our agency arm (anlyticlabs.com) that delivers data and AI projects using the product. It's one ecosystem — Labs is our "Trojan horse" into clients, using the product to deliver the work.
We're ramping up outbound and need an SDR to drive pipeline from both cold outreach and warm inbound leads.
Job Description
Two sides to this:
Outbound — We provide the data lists. You make the calls. Target of 100+ dials per day with one goal: meetings booked with the right people.
Inbound — We run email outbound campaigns that generate warm responses (people asking for more info, requesting a call, etc.). You pick these up fast, qualify them, and move them through the sales process — whether that's booking a call with a founder, sending the right materials, or handling early-stage objections yourself.
You'll cover two regions (GCC and Europe) and two core verticals (retail and e-commerce), with scope to branch into others soon.
Terms
Paid trial period to start, moving to a full-time contract on completion. Performance bonus on top for any booked meetings that convert into clients (TBA).
Qualifications
- Availability across Europe and GCC time zones
- Native-level English
- Multilingual a major plus — Arabic and French preferred
- Proven cold calling experience with a track record of booked meetings
- Comfortable handling warm leads and supporting the sales process beyond just booking — qualifying, following up, nudging deals forward
- Strong written communication for email and chat follow-ups
- Able to work independently, manage a pipeline, and keep clean records (notes, data, follow-ups)
- CRM experience preferred
