Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical F&B Accountant with strong experience in the Food & Beverage sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring financial performance, controlling costs, and ensuring accurate reporting related to F&B operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly F&B financial reports

Monitor food and beverage costs and control variances

Review and reconcile inventory, purchases, and supplier invoices

Support P&L preparation and financial analysis

Conduct cost control audits and identify areas for improvement

Ensure proper recording of sales, wastage, and stock movements

Coordinate with operations and purchasing departments

Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes

Qualifications

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Previous experience in F&B or hospitality accounting

Strong understanding of cost control and P&L analysis

Excellent analytical and reporting skills

Proficiency in accounting software and Excel

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
